Party at Tiffany's!

Tiffany's birthday was only three days before Isaac's, and she was truly generous to slave away cooking for a lot of invited guests on Sunday night. It was a major feast, and I heard from a reliable source that all the recipes came from a single cookbook. I forgot to ask which one, but whichever - everything was delicious. I knew I should have fasted better throughout the day, because the only problem was that I was full way too soon.

Then we got a little music - some Schubert piano for 4 hands and other musical delights...no better way to spend a Sunday night than staying up way too late with good company.

Full way too soon? I seem to only have the opposite problem - never full soon enough, thus the overeating problem.

Your niece is almost school aged already... and by the way she has to be one of the cutest babies I have ever seen...ever!

FYI I am quitting my job full time As of Monday *it is a long,long story **I will sum it up by saying It really was not what I anticipated* which means *hopefully* I will be back to blogging getting all my socialization through cyberspace. Anyhow, I hope all is well and I think about what you are up to all the time...did you stock up on candy cane tea this year??? I only got a box:( I did get this new sugar cookie flavor that is pretty good though...plus I got all the stuff I needed from teavana to make loose tea...remember the store we went to at the mall of America. I got hooked on it...I have had a hard time going back to my little tea bags after a cup of that even though it is like 10 dollars a cup *I am being dramatic*
